Include your app version, device model and a description of the issue. Share diagnostic details only after checking for personal information. Never send your password, recovery secret, keys or private conversations.
Invitations & verification.
An invitation is single-use and time-limited. If it has expired or has already been accepted, ask your contact for a fresh one. Compare device fingerprints through a trusted channel. If a fingerprint changes unexpectedly, pause sharing and confirm with your contact.
Keep your encrypted history file and recovery secret separately. You need both, and the same Pegham account, to import supported saved history. Pegham cannot reset a lost recovery secret. A restored archive is a history viewer; it does not restore an old messaging identity.
Notifications & calls.
Check Pegham’s notification settings and your device permissions. Muted conversations do not produce activity alerts on that device. Incoming calls have a separate privacy control. Operating system restrictions and connectivity affect delivery; call and background reliability are still being tested.
